COMPOSITION :

FATTY ACID DERIVATIVE.

DESCRIPTION :

SoftnerWNS 3021 L is non ionic concentrated softener recommended for textile and also as a lubricant. It is specially recommended for white cotton and synthetic fabrics.

FUNCTIONALITY APPLICATION

1) Cotton Hosiery: Excellent soft finish is obtain by treating knitted fabric with 5 to 15 gpl of Softner

WNS 3021 L at room temp for 30 min in which optical whitening agent may be added in finishing

batch for white goods.

2) Polyester / Cotton Shirting / suiting : Dose 10 to 20 gpl.

Pad, dry and stenter finish at 170 deg C for 45 sec

3) Treatment of Yarn : Softner WNS 3021 L imparts soft and smooth handle to cotton, rayon or synthetics blend yarn results are good running properties during reeling off with top, cheases and beams. PERFECTO NS 3021 L should be added in the last rinse in dyeing machine using 2-5 gpl con.

Preparation Of 20% Paste

For Preparing 100 kgs of Diluted end product - Add with constant stirring 20 kgs of Softner WNS 3021 L to 80 kgs of water heated up to 80 -85 deg C and stir for one hour (90 - 100 r.p.m.), Cool and use the product for finishing

Packaging : 50 & 210 kg HDPE containers.

Storage : Protected from extremes of temperature

Shelf Life : 12 months from date of manufacturing in original sealed

container.

Protective Clothing : Normal precautions for handling chemicals should be applied including the wearing of protective clothing, hand gloves & safety goggles.
