Worldfast DF 2078 designed by us, increases fabric quality and wet colorfastness. The fabric has unfixed dyestuff on the surface after the dyeing process, which causes color migration while wet or after washing if it becomes finished items. To fix the unfixed dyestuff on dyed cloth, a fixing agent must be used. Worldfast DF 2078 is ideally suited for use as a fixing procedure following the rinse stage to prevent Direct and Reactive dye bleeding. This agent is very cost-effective and widely appreciated by our clients.

DESCRIPTION :

Worldfast DF 2078 is formaldehyde condensate dye fixing agent to improve wet  fastness in the process of direct and reactive dyed cellulosic material.

Colour and Appearance : Colourless to pale yellow clear liquid.

Nature : Cationic

Solubility in water : Soluble

5% pH in distilled water : 3.5 -5.5

Solid content % : 49.0 - 51.0

Compatibility : Stable with cationic & non-ionic product.

PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE

Improve the wet fastness property & minimizes the bleeding

Easily applicable by bad and exhaust process.

Minimal effect on shade changes.

APPLICATION

Dye and printed cotton is rinsed to remove residual alkali /

anionic surfactant and then treated with DF.

1. CONTINUOUS PROCESS

By padding through a container

Worldfast DF 2078 - 10 - 25 gm/lit.

At 30 - 40c at mild acidic pH (5.0 - 6.0)

2. BATCH WISE TREATMENT

By running in  containing.

Worldfast DF 2078 - 1.0 to 2.5 % (OWM)

at 30 - 40c & at mild acidic pH  (5.0 - 6.0)

for 15 - 20 min.

PACKAGING / STORAGE / SAFETY

Packaging : 50 & 220 kg HDPE containers.

Storage : Protect from extremes of temperature.

Shelf Life : 12 months from date of manufacturing in original sealed container.

Protective Clothing : Normal precautions for handling chemicals should be Applied Including the wearing of protective clothing, hand gloves & safety Goggles.
