It also reduces friction between fibers, resulting in reduced static cling and protecting your garments from wear and tear, allowing them to last longer. Silico Soft Supersil 600 (Silicon Softener) reduces the amount of time it takes for your clothes to dry. Colors are protected and kept bright using this product. This is very effective and economical to use.

DESCRIPTION :

Silico-Soft SUPERSIL600 is design to provide excellent soft, silky and full hands all type of woven and knitted fabric. It impart superior softness and very low yellowing compare to conventional aminosilicones.

CHEMICAL & PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Colour and Appearance : Colourless to very light yellow clear to translucent liquid.

Solubility in water : Slightly translucent

5% pH in distilled water : 3.0 5.0

Compatibility : Compatibility with Cationic, Non-ionic, Textile Chemical &

Auxiliaries.

PRODUCT ATTRIBUTE

 Provide high level of Softness for all type of fabric.

It is compatible with all other finishing agents in the bath.

Improves softness and gives durable finish to the fabric.

Suitable for exhaust application in yarn package, winch and as

well as padding processes.

Significantly less yellowing on fabric

Provides dilution that are extremely shear stable.

FUNCTIONALITY APPLICATION

Silico-Soft SUPERSIL 600 is applied in the range of 10- 20 gm/lit. Or in combination with other finishing

auxiliaries.

PACKAGING / STORAGE / SAFETY

Packaging : 50 & 200 kg. HDPE containers.

Storage : Protect from extremes of temperature.

Shelf Life : 12 months from date of manufacturing in original sealed

container.

Protective Clothing : Normal precautions for handling chemicals should be applied including

the wearing of protective clothing, handgloves & safety goggles.
